Baby-hating AG Morrison will be "defending" the
constitutionality of the Kansas post-viable abortion
ban against the challenge of his puppet-master,
abortionist quack Tiller the Baby Killer (TBK), likely
before leftist, activist, baby-hating federal judges.
Kansas will be lucky to have any abortion restrictions
left enforced at all, before this conspiracy is
through botching and bargaining away prosecutions and
constitutionality arguments.

It's not just burned fingers from fireworks anymore.
Six people suffered gunshot wounds after a fight broke
out at a Fourth of July block party in Kansas City,
MO. One suffered potentially life-threatening injury.
Not many witnesses out of 200 who were present stuck
around to help police identify the shooters.
Terrance Hough Jr., 35, an off-duty Cleveland, OH
firefighter, was arrested in connection with the fatal
shootings of 3 people and wounding of 2 others who
were shooting fireworks near his home after midnight
of July 4. Near Seattle, another man was shot during
an argument at a fireworks celebration and died after
aid workers trying to help him felt threatened by a
hostile crowd. Two men began arguing around 11:30 p.m.
Wednesday in a parking lot in Skyway, WA, resulting in
a shooting. Paramedics called after the shooting found
the crowd so threatening, they had to quickly take the
wounded man out to continue CPR. The wounded man then
died. Some 28 Staten Island, NY people have been
arrested after a fireworks arrest on charges including
assault, unlawful assembly and resisting arrest, while
5 injured officers were taken to local hospitals with
minor injuries.
America's respect for life deteriorates further on her
231st birthday.
Meanwhile, someone put a garden hose through George
Tiller's abortion mill roof and tried to epoxy the
faucet and his parking lot gate. Police valiantly shut
off the hose anyway.
Gosh, let's hope all those highly sensitive abortion
records of 2004-2007 weren't damaged, eliminating the
possibility of more "technicality" charges that have
to be thrown out by baby-hating federal judges.

North Carolina will not prosecute the death of an
unborn baby of 8 months gestation as murder, in the
stabbing death of the pregnant mother, Jenna Nielson,
last month. But the state Legislature passed a law
making the killing of a police dog a felony.
People care about their pet animals. But it's
dangerous to think of an unborn viable baby as human.
Abortion mills could hardly operate that way.

Nearly 400,000 people have been treated with ethical
adult stem cell treatments since 1959. Douglas Rice
was told in November 2005 that without a mechanical
heart he had three-to-four months to live. He was in
the final stages of congestive heart failure and was
also battling diabetes and kidney problems.  But when
he received an adult stem cell treatment, derived from
his own healthy stem cells in January 2006, his heart
began to rebuild itself. He quickly felt the positive
effects of the treatment. Carol Franz, 65, was
diagnosed in 2002 with multiple myeloma cancer, a
cancer of the blood that destroys the bone. After
undergoing two adult stem cell transplant treatments,
Carol is now exercising, traveling and leading a
normal life.
They both supported President Bush's veto of
unrestricted taxpayer funding of useless, unethical
embryonic stem cell research, which cures nothing, and
likely never will.

It occurs to me that when Tiller the Baby Killer (TBK)
collects big money from insurance companies for
illegal post-viable abortions, he is committing
insurance fraud.
This could open up a whole new arena of civil and
malpractice suits, I believe.
We must demand more charges, more subpoenas, more
lawsuits against TBK.
Now's a good time to pour justice on TBK with a
vengeance. No mercy on Tiller, at least, no more mercy
than he showed to viable babies.

Dangerous, notorious abortionist quack Steven Chase
Brigham, 50, who has been stripped of his medical
license in New York and Florida, and put on probation
in Californicatia, because of his botched abortions,
was essentially running the Atlantic City abortion
mill shut down last month because of violations that
included cleanliness and infection control.  He says
he intends to buy the Alternatives abortion mill to
add to his string of abortion mills. Now restrictions
have been placed on his New Jersey medical license,
and he is barred from participating in any
second-trimester abortions, though most of the
accusations against him in New Jersey have been
"dismissed", even after the near death of a
20-year-old New Jersey mother in 1993 because of a
botched post-viable abortion.
Employees at Alternatives abortion mill have recently
been paid by two different companies - American
Medical Services and Healthcare Delivery Corp. - both
of which have the same address: 1 Alpha Ave., Suite
20, Voorhees, NJ. Brigham works out of that office,
and one of his abortion mills is in that building.
American Women's Services owns that abortion mill, one
of 14 mills in 4 states, and is controlled by a
Pennsylvania-based nonprofit organization called
Associates in Obstetrics and Gynecology, which Brigham
owns and also is its president, secretary and
treasurer. Brigham was forced to retire his medical
license in Pennsylvania in 1992, amid a state
investigation into his medical practice, which ended
when Brigham signed an agreement never to reapply for
a medical license in the state.

Blood vessels that have been tissue-engineered from
bone marrow adult stem cells may in the future serve
as a patient's own source of new blood vessels
following a coronary bypass or other procedures that
require vessel replacement, according to new research
from the University at Buffalo Department of Chemical
and Biological Engineering. Growing new blood vessels
from a patient's own adult bone marrow stem cells will
provide a desirable alternative to the venous grafts
now routinely done in patients undergoing coronary
bypass operations. Patients receiving venous grafts
suffer disadvantages that include limited availability
of vessels, pain and discomfort at the donor site and
a high 10-year failure rate. Potentially, with adult
stem cells, new blood vessels now being tested in
sheep could be manufactured and available
off-the-shelf for human patients in the near future.
Meanwhile, useless, unethical embryonic stem cell
research provides no help whatsoever for surgical
patients, or any other patients.

There is new evidence from research at the University
of Cambridge to support the link between abortion and
breast cancer. New research shows an unexpected link
between a fundamental part of the immune system and
the cells that produce milk in the breast during
pregnancy and lactation.
Cytokines, which have a central role in immune
response, are used in the breast to promote the
production of milk producing cells. The finding has
implications for understanding breast cancer as cells
that respond incorrectly to cytokine signaling can
grow out of control and become cancerous. Up until
now, scientists thought that breast development was
controlled by just steroid and peptide hormones.
This new evidence will support the concept that events
like abortion that interfere with the natural sequence
of events in pregnancy, lactation, birth, breast
feeding, and weaning will contribute to the risk of
breast cancer.

Michelle Trupiano of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and
Mid-Missouri says the group's attorneys will have to
spend some more time studying Missouri's new pro-life
law imposing safety requirements on abortion mills, to
decide whether to launch an appeal. The new law also
makes permanent the Missouri Alternatives to Abortion
Services Program and establishes the Alternatives to
Abortion Public Awareness Program to provide services
and counseling to pregnant women and assistance to
women caring for their children or placing them up for
adoption.
Maybe Planned Parenthood should think again about
drawing more attention to the fact that Planned
Parenthood reported ZERO referrals for adoption last
year. People might think that heartless and greedy,
besides being a violation of Kansas law requiring
adoption counseling for minor girls - counseling that
should produce a lot better results than ZERO adoption
referrals for hundreds of minor girls handing over
cash in advance for abortions.

According to surveys of Missouri residents by
Overbrook Research, in 1992, Missouri women and men
under 30 were the most ardently "pro-choice" (39%) and
the least likely to be strongly "pro-life"( 23%).
Today, by contrast, among the current generation of
18- to 29-year-olds, 36% say they are strongly
"pro-life," while just 18% say they are strongly
"pro-choice."
We may suppose that recent advances in medical
technology, coupled with better dissemination of
pro-life information, for example by churches and
bloggers, in spite of pro-abortion media bias, is
responsible for the shift in opinion.

The NAACP has again rejected a proposed resolution

abortion's disproportionate impact on minorities.
Meanwhile, the scientific community pretends
puzzlement at why the black community suffers 3 times

Now would have been a good time for the targeted black

In a foreshadow of where the USofA is heading,
thousands of British schoolgirls as young as 11 will
be able to obtain the dangerous Plan B morning-after
abortifacient at school without telling their parents.
Sexual "health" clinics are being set up in secondary
schools in England as part of a government drive to
cut teenage pregnancy. This will be futile, however,
as it has been proven in Britain that easy access to
the Plan B abortifacient will not reduce unwanted
pregnancies or abortions, but will in fact drive up
the rate of venereal infections in young girls. Up to
half of schools have been also offering children a
range of services, including free condoms and
pregnancy kits as well as abortifacients, with the
result that Britain's teenage pregnancy rate remains
one of the highest in Europe.
It is dangerous and unethical to give children a
dangerous drug without the notification and consent of
their parents, in view of serious delayed side effects
for which the children might require emergency
treatment. That's why prescriptions were once
required.

Using data from the National Center for Health
Statistics, the nonprofit Child Trends research center
reported in June that the 2005 birth rate for teens
ages 15 to 19 was 40.4 births for every 1,000 female
teens, which is 35% lower than the peak of 61.8 in
1991. Though birth rates varied across racial and
ethnic groups, numbers were down across the board. For
white teen females, 26 out of every 1,000 gave birth
in 2005. The same year, the birth rate for
non-Hispanic black teen females was 60.9, and for
Hispanics it was 81.5.
The teen birth rate is still higher in the USofA than
in any other developed nation, and 83% of teen births
in America are illegitimate. 71% of Americans say the
growth in births to unwed mothers (37% of births in
2005, up from 5% in 1960) is a "big problem."
[I wonder what kind of problem the other 29% think it
is.]

Washington, DC emergency crews searched two
different Metro stations in Northeast for a possibly
abandoned baby. Police say they received the call from
a metrobus rider in Mount Pleasant around 9:30 p.m.
Wednesday evening and began searching the area around
the Columbia Heights Metro Station on 14th Street and
Irving Street, Northeast. Searchers believed the woman
gave birth somewhere near the station and left the
child in either a garbage can or toilet. Authorities

Rhode Island-Brentwood Metro station and took her to
the Howard University Hospital for an examination.
Crews ended their search around 11:00 p.m. without
finding a baby at either station.
The search will continue.

Sales of the dangerous Plan B abortifacient have
doubled since last August.
The contraceptive overdose drug is not safe,
particularly in over-the-counter user, and is not
effective at reducing unwanted pregnancies or surgical
abortions. Easy access has been shown to increase
promiscuity and the spread of venereal disease.
Suspicions arise that mandated availability for rape
victims will lead to more cover-ups of rape crimes,
particularly statutory rape.

Two pro-lifers were arrested Sunday morning at
abortionist quack George Tiller's apostate Reformation
Lutheran "Church" in east Wichita. The men, ages 19

refused the offer of communion bread, saying it

Rev. Shaver and Mr. Cox were later arrested at a gas

The National Cord Blood Inventory was created in
December, 2005 and created a national program to
collect at least 150,000 units of cord blood. It's
genetic diversity means it is believed to be able to
meet the needs of 90% of patients. The program also
includes a registry to link public cord blood banks
nationwide so physicians can search throughout the
country for a blood or bone marrow match. The NCBI is
a valuable and non-controversial program as it
promotes ethical and effective stem cell use. In the
last two years alone, about 8,000 patients have
received cord blood transplant treatment for over 70
conditions and diseases.
Disgracefully, the current U.S. House Labor, Health

Gloria Gray, 55, of Tuscaloosa, AL, a member of the
killing staff, was charged with disorderly conduct
during a pro-life protest outside the West Alabama

Abortions in Alabama have been cut nearly in half over

for stopping abortions. Cutting taxpayer funding also
cuts abortions.

The number of abortions committed in Missouri dropped
5% in 2006 compared with figures from the year before,
as more state residents head to Kansas to commit
abortions. New figures from the state health
department show that while abortions dropped in the
state, the actual number of Missouri women committing
abortions last year increased, as 11,833 committed
abortions last year. That's an increase of 2% compared
with 2005 numbers. The number of abortions committed
inside Missouri dropped 5% to 7,556 last year. With
newly enacted safety restrictions on Missouri abortion
mills either shutting down more mills or driving up
abortion prices, more and more Missouri mothers will
be coming to Overland Park and Wichita to contract the
killing of their children.
Kansas needs to find a way to stop out-of-state
abortions, especially the criminal post-viable
abortions being committed by George "The Baby Killer"
Tiller (BKT). In Tiller's abortion mill, in spite of
the Kansas post-viable abortion ban, mothers from out
of state and from out of the country don't need a
reason to justify the contract killing of a viable
baby. Only one other "American" abortionist quack in
Boulder, CO is so ruthless and greedy as to butcher
viable babies by the dozen this way.
Are you listening, legislative abolition committee in
Topeka? Are you going to prepare that educational
report on the terrible impacts of the abortion
industry upon Kansas mothers and fathers and families,
and upon Kansas government, like the South Dakota
legislative task force did in 2005?
Meanwhile, pro-lifers in Colorado are collecting
signatures to get a measure that would ban all
abortions in the state on the November 2008 election
ballot, by defining unborn babies as "persons", which
entitles them to the right to life under the U.S.
Constitution. Their success would cause more mothers
to seek out Kansas abortion mills.

Senator Sam Brownback is revisiting a bill to educate
families who receive a prenatal diagnosis, hoping to
educate parents about parent support networks and
options besides abortion, which quacks urging abortion
of a baby with a disease or birth defect too often
fail to do. His bill would create a national registry
of families willing to adopt children with Down
Syndrome, spina bifida or other conditions.
Stick with this bill, Sam, it's a good one.

The U.S. House has approved a new bill opposed by
pro-life advocates, whose sponsors falsely claim will
reduce the number of abortions in the United States.
The measure, called the "Reducing the Need for
Abortions Initiative" became a part of the annual
legislation that funds the Labor, Health and Human
Services, and Education departments for 2008. The bill
was formerly a creation of Democrats for Life that
promoted several methods of reducing abortions by
supporting both pro-life legislation that directly
reduces abortions with provisions providing funding
and help for pregnant women to reduce the financial
incentive that compels some to think abortion is their
best solution. However, the sponsors change the makeup
of the bill to shift the emphasis to promoting
contraception and the morning after pill and Democrats
for Life, along with top pro-life Democrats in the
House, withdrew its support
The legislation which would reduce abortions, other
than the abolition of the abortion industry, is
parental notification and consent, informed consent
with ultrasound viewing and alternative counseling,
and cutting taxpayer funding to Planned Parenthood and
other abortion mills. Funneling taxpayer money to
Planned Parenthood for condoms and contraceptives, and
the dangerous Plan B morning-after abortifacient, will
NOT reduce unintended pregnancies or abortions.
This bill is not common ground, it is burial ground
for babies.

A Gainesville, FL couple won over $21 million in a
wrongful birth case, claiming that a misdiagnosis of
their first child by a doctor allowed them to have a
second child with similar severe birth defects. The
doctor works for the University of South Florida so
the family will have to persuade the Florida
Legislature to award most of the money. State law caps
negligence claims against government agencies at
$200,000.
The condition is a genetic disorder called
Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome.
Smith-Lemli Opitz syndrome is the inability to
correctly produce or synthesize cholesterol, causing
developmental delays and birth anomalies.
Baby Aiden, the infant son of Amara and Daniel Estrada
born in 2002, had webbed toes, a cleft palate, low-set
ears, a small head and genitals so tiny doctors had a
tough time determining his gender. Dr. Boris Kousseff
couldn't pinpoint a specific diagnosis but told the
couple their future pregnancies should produce healthy
children. In 2004, Caleb Estrada was born with nearly
the same birth defects as his brother, and his parents
said they would have killed him in an abortion mill or
adopted, if they had known of the risk for the genetic
disorder's reoccurrence.
Aiden and Caleb Estrada, now 5 and 2, are mentally
retarded. They will never be able to care for
themselves. They eat with a feeding tube and cannot
speak. Aiden recently began walking short distances;
experts are not sure if Caleb ever will.
The Estradas have not ruled out trying for a third
child. But finally aware of the risk for the genetic
disorder and the pain it brings, the couple will kill
their next baby before birth, if the baby tests
positive for defects.
Circuit Judge William Levens ruled that Dr. Kousseff's
failure to submit a correct diagnosis for the first
baby resulted in the wrongful birth of the second
baby.
God doesn't make mistakes, and He does not create
perfect people. There are no wrongful births, and no
unwanted babies.

Ethical adult stem cell researchers at the University
of Florida found that stem cells from umbilical cord
blood helped children newly diagnosed with type 1
diabetes, reducing their disease severity, possibly
re-setting the immune system and slowing the
destruction of their insulin-producing cells. The
researchers recruited seven young (age 2 to 7 years at
the time of infusion) children with type 1 diabetes
who had their own stored cord blood and infused them
with it.
In the near future, clone-and-kill lab goons will not
be able to still say that useless, unethical embryonic
stem cell research is necessary because it might cure
juvenile diabetes. ESCR has never cured anything,
likely never will. Ethical research in adult stem
cells, umbilical cord blood, gene therapy, and new
vaccines is producing cures long before ESCR could

No person shall perform or induce an abortion when the
fetus is viable unless such person is a physician and
has a documented referral from another physician not
legally or financially affiliated with the physician
performing or inducing the abortion and both
physicians determine that:
(1) The abortion is necessary to preserve the life of

accordance with the provisions of subsection (a) that
an abortion is necessary to preserve the life of the
pregnant woman or that a continuation of the pregnancy
will cause a substantial and irreversible impairment
of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman and
the physician performs an abortion on the woman, the
physician who performs the abortion shall report such

On May 30, Jessie Ramirez, 36, of Arizona, suffered
brain injury, a broken neck, fractured skull and face,
punctured lung and broken ribs in a car accident. Only
10 days after the accident, his wife instructed
doctors to remove all life support, in order to
execute him by starvation. His family objected and the
Alliance Defense Fund filed an emergency motion with
the court on their behalf. Maricopa County Superior
court Judge Paul Katz wisely ordered on June 13 that
Ramirez be put back on life support and assigned a
guardian ad litem as his advocate while the legal
arguments were sorted out. Ramirez's wife responded by
petitioning the court again asking to remove him from
life support.
Three weeks after the accident, Ramirez regained
consciousness, and is now shaking his head and
answering yes and no to questions.

. . . from "Jesus Loves Me", words by Anna B. Warner,
originally published in 1860 as a poem for a dying boy
. . .
Baby Abby, the third dead baby found in the cold,
dark, swirling Mississippi in Red Wing, MN in 8 years,
was buried by strangers after 3 months of
investigation which turned up little information. The
three abandoned to the river, Abby, Jamie, and Cory,
now rest together in a graveyard on a bluff
overlooking the mighty river flowing through America's
heart, whose backwaters brought them to their final
rest. They lay together with Ann Marie, the stillborn
daughter of those who saw to the burial. There remains
a little hope that a police lead can eventually
identify the 3 babies, swept away and gone along the
banks of the river - gone along with some of America's
human dignity.
When she was born, Abby weighed 7 pounds, was 21
inches long, and had black hair. Mourners sang "Jesus
Loves Me." There are no unwanted babies.

The scary thing is, Morrison will probably end up "defending" Kansas abortion laws in front of pro-abortion federal judges.
Kansas stands likely to lose the very modest abortion restrictions already enacted, unless maybe we can investigate and oust Morrison and his cohorts for their conspiracy, their refusal to enforce Kansas law, and their obstruction of justice, not to mention attempting to legislate from the back rooms of the Kansas executive offices.

Bob Pawson, the coordinator of Pro-Life Educators and
Students, headed up a pro-life protest at the annual
NEA convention, and urged the NEA to take a neutral
position on abortion, instead of promoting legalized
infanticide, as the NEA has been doing with their
union dues.
[There is no neutral position to be held on the
legalized contract killing of children.]

The Californicatia Department of Health Services
issued a "deficiency" finding against a Planned
Parenthood abortion mill June 29, saying that "based
on medical record reviews and staff interviews, the
facility failed to report an unusual death occurrence
involving a patient's death within 24 hours to the
department." The abortion mill's treatment of the
victim was not faulted, otherwise. Thus is whitewashed
the botched abortion death of Edrica Goode, 21, of
Riverside, who died Feb. 14 of toxic shock syndrome at
Riverside County Regional Medical Center.

The number of abortions in Minnesota in 2006 jumped
more than 5%, to 14,065 -- a sharp reversal after four
years of steady decline. The main reason was that
Planned Parenthood focused on targeting teenagers,
causing a jump of 16% in teenage abortions. High-risk
RU-486 abortions rose 30%. We can look for a
corresponding increase in breast cancer and premature
birth in a few years, too.
28.2% of these Minnesota abortions were taxpayer
funded. Less than 1% cited rape, incest, or
"impairment of major bodily function" as a reason for
abortion, meaning that nearly every abortion was
elective. Dozens, if not hundreds, of repeat abortions
were used as birth control.
Meanwhile, Minnesota lawmakers this year approved a
$2.3 million funding bump for birth control over the
next two years, an effort which is a proven failure at
reducing abortions, but which will probably funnel
profits to Planned Parenthood.
Cut all taxpayer funding to Planned Parenthood and to
any other abortion mills.

In 2004, Charlotte Sherron was sentenced to three
years in prison and two years of post-release
supervision for trying go hide her husband's crime of
statutory rape. She took her daughter to an abortion
mill after her daughter became pregnant from the
incest. Sherron appealed the decision but the
Mississippi Court of Appeals in 2006 unanimously
upheld the conviction. It said helping her daughter
get an abortion obstructed justice and destroyed the
baby, whose DNA could have helped convict her husband.
