The Oklahoma Senate has made history by passing a bill that prohibits the
use of state funds, facilities, or employees to commit abortions. Republican
Senator James Williamson of Tulsa, who wrote the bill, explains the
legislation is historic "because it's the first time in the 30 years I've
been involved in the Legislature that we actually were able to get a
pro-life bill out of the Senate, through the committee process, and over to
the House."

An Arkansas House committee passed a bill Tuesday that
would help women avoid being forced or pressured to
commit an abortion. The measure would require abortion
mills in the state to tell women that it is illegal
for someone else to coerce them into the contract
killing of their children. This bill is in response to
the case of Jeffery Cheshier, 41, of Bryant, AR, who
raped and impregnated a 15-year-old girl, then drove
her to Granite City, IL and forced her into the
notorious Hope Clinic for Women abortion mill to kill
her baby - the evidence of his crimes.

Most abortions involve some type of coercion.

The dangerous, filthy abortion mill in Englewood, NJ that put a young
botched abortion victim into a month-long coma is set to open Friday. It had
not been inspected for 5 years before the near death was reported last month
by Newark Beth Israel Medical center, in treating the victim.

The state health department indicates that they will now conduct more
inspections.

If they didn't see fit to protect mothers contracting the killing of their
children for the last 5 years, claiming no threat (a month-long coma is no
threat?), why would they bother now? The Kansas BOHA doesn't EVER bother,
even when the victims lie in a Wichita morgue.

House Speaker Melvin Neufeld, Majority Leader Ray Merrick and Speaker Pro
Tem Don Dahl sent a letter to Attorney General Paul Morrison. They say his
failure to prosecute Doctor George Tiller undermines public confidence in
the rule of law.

Do ya think, just because of a few hundred thousands of dollars in
"contributions"?

Just because tomorrow quack Tiller will illegally kill another viable baby
of 8 months gestation?

A Texas legislator has proposed that the state pay
pregnant women considering abortion $500 if they agree
not to kill their children. Republican State Sen. Dan
Patrick, who also is a conservative radio talk show
host, said on Friday the money might convince pregnant
women considering an abortion to have babies, then
give them up for adoption. There were 75,000 babies
killed in Texas abortion mills last year.
Believe it or not, the incentive to choose adoption
over infanticide is called too close to selling
babies, by the abortion lobby.
What do they call $400 for an abortionist to hand over a dead baby?

The House Federal and State Affairs Committee endorsed
a resolution telling Morrison to refile 30 misdemeanor
criminal charges filed in December by his predecessor,
Phill Kline. The vote was 12-8 and came on the same
day the resolution was introduced. The measure will go
next to the House.

that Morrison is biased and corrupted by abortion mill

Planned Parenthood, America's busiest abortionist, has
launched a "pill patrol" campaign to make sure that
the dangerous morning after abortifacient Plan B is
available in a pharmacy in every neighborhood in
America. In particular, Planned Parenthood is sending
spies to find out if Costco, Target, Wal-Mart, and
Osco pharmacies are stocking and distributing the
contraceptive overdose, intending to force cooperation
in those pharmacies that do not, based upon some false
allegation that lack of ready access to the
abortifacient (with its serious side effects and
unknown long-term effects) poses some threat to
women's health.
If the abortion lobby can force distribution of
abortifacients, without regard to rights of
conscience, then later they can force participation in
abortions by hospital staff and trainees. Those who
refuse would be kicked out of the so-called medical
profession.

ABC News today FINALLY got around to reporting
successful treatments for heart patients using ethical
ADULT stem cells. Beware of the major media attempting
to slyly attribute adult stem cell cures to embryonic
stem cell research. Viewers are easily confused and
duped by glossed-over and misapplied medical
terminology.
In one study at the University of California San
Diego, extracted adult stem cells from the thigh
muscles of 23 patients, who had poor heart function or
heart failure, were grown in a lab and delivered
directly to patients' hearts through a catheter. After
six months, patients who had received the treatment
showed improvements in health and quality of life,
while those who had standard medical therapies
worsened.
In a second study done at 10 medical institutions,
researchers took muscle adult stem cells from donors,
not the patients themselves, and infused them
intravenously into cardiac patients within 10 days of
a heart attack. The researchers found that after six
months patients had fewer side effects than those who
had not received stem cells, and that they also showed
improved heart and lung function. Because these cells
came from donors and not the patients, they could
potentially be made in large quantities and
administered like an off-the-shelf drug, and possibly
a cheaper treatment.

"We must send this to a jury of Mr. Tiller's peers to decide whether or not
he's guilty and remove the cloud of suspicion that hangs over Kansas today.
Kansas is the laughingstock of America. Do laws mean anything?"

 . . . Troy Newman, Operation Rescue's president, at Tuesday's news
conference in the capitol

. . .

Tuesday the House Federal and State Affairs committee, after already passing
the resolution Monday to compel AG Morrison to prosecute abortionist quack
Tiller, met again after inviting Morrison to respond, since Democrats
expressed concern over the lack of a hearing, like the gambling expansion.
Morrison sent a written statement, saying he couldn't bother to appear on
short notice, and saying HE, as elected AG, would decide when to prosecute
Tiller, if any evidence of abortion mill crime should turn up.

Morrison has meanwhile taken time in a news conference to make it clear that
he will NOT file charges against Tiller because the Legislature orders him
to. [No checks and balances for Morrison - so thinks Morrison. The people
will find a way to get justice, in spite of corruption, Mr. Morrison, one
way or another. Right now, the Kansas House is the people's Hammer of
Justice, where we need a House investigatory hearing and a special
prosecutor initiated on abortion mill crime and the obstruction of justice.]

Committee chair Arlen Siegfreid [a.k.a. the Friend of Justice], after
reading Morrison's statement, immediately adjourned, citing the lack of
anyone showing up for the hearing to testify. The resolution to charge
Tiller is scheduled for a House vote Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, Wichita eyewitnesses say Tiller is still scheduling illegal
post-viable abortions, and filling his incinerator with more tiny victims.

For the first time, researchers have used ethical
adult bone marrow stem cells to regenerate healthy
human liver tissue, according to a study published in
the April issue of the journal Radiology, improving
surgical treatment of liver cancer.
The study included 13 patients with large central
liver malignancies who were unable to undergo surgery
because resection would leave less than 25 percent of
their total liver volume. Six of the patients
underwent both PVE and injection of bone marrow stem
cells. Seven patients underwent only PVE. Computed
tomography (CT) scans were performed before and up to
five weeks after PVE to determine the degree of liver
growth. Patients who received the combination of PVE
and stem cell injection had double the liver growth
rate and gain in liver volume, compared with those who
underwent PVE alone. As a result, the patients who
received the combined treatment were able to undergo
surgery an average of 18 days sooner than patients who
received PVE only.

research cures nothing at all.

At Saturday morning's town hall meeting in Mission, KS, House District 25
Rep. Terrie Huntington claimed she can take no action on the growing
nationwide support for the Kansas House to pass a resolution compelling the
prosecution of George Tiller for his abortion mill crimes, without action
first by Attorney General Morrison or Sedgwick County DA Foulston. [There is
no requirement for the AG or DA to initiate a House resolution, she is just
bought off by the abortion lobby, the same as Morrison and Foulston.]

This baby-hating liberal also gave as her excuse for voting against Alexa's
Law her own survey results, showing that some religious groups do not
believe that human life begins at conception. [Therefore, she thinks, our
criminal justice system cannot protect unborn babies from bludgeoning,
stabbing, shooting, or poisoning, and must be driven by the morality of
leftist cults, never mind scientific and medical evidence, and never mind
what the Bible actually says. (Jeremiah 1:5) I hope "Horrifying" Huntington
doesn't find out that some cults don't believe in blood transfusions,
because she might then try to cut all funding for blood banks.]

Never, never, never trust a RINO.

Salem, MA District Court prosecutors were forced to reduce the charges
against Miguel Nivar, 23, of Lynn, charged earlier this month with holding
his girlfriend hostage for two days and demanding she commit an abortion.
Nivar pleaded guilty to the reduced charges in a disgusting plea agreement
that called for him to receive a suspended, 18-month jail term and three
years of probation.

Most abortions involve some type of coercion. American women deserve better

Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt said Monday he has yanked funding for two Planned
Parenthood clinics that were providing free health screenings for poor women
through a state program. Two other area organizations, Jordan Valley
Community Health Center and Ozark TriCounty Health Care, will begin offering
the screenings for breast and cervical cancer instead.

Planned Parenthood claims that none of the mangling, dismemberment,
poisoning, or beheading of babies was committed at the two clinics that were
sucking up taxpayer funds.

Cryobanks International's mission is to become the
largest provider of cord blood stem cells for
transplant and research purposes in the world and it's
well on its way to fulfilling that goal. With over
15,000 cord blood units processed and 9,000 listed on
international registries for transplant, Cryobanks
continues its push to help close the gap between
patient needs and available resources of donated cord
blood. Over 35,000 American children and adults with

The Kansas Board of Healing Arts is now obliged to
investigate a complaint that abortionist quack Sherman
Zaremski committed an abortion on an 11-year-old girl
at Wichita's former Central Women's Services abortion
mill, refusing to report to authorities the rape by
stepfather Robert Estrada, who continued to inflict on
her and her sisters a total of 4 pregnancies,
including twins born to a 12-year-old girl. Estrada
was sentenced last October for the rapes, finally
reported by an adoption agency, and the girls' mother,
Patricia Estrada, was sentenced for knowing about the
attacks, but doing nothing to stop them.
We can imprison the mother of the rape victims for not
reporting the rape, but not their abortionist quack???

State health officials have shut down one of New
Jersey's largest abortion mills after finding
violations at the mill that posed
"immediate and serious risk of harm to patients." The
Metropolitan Medical Associates abortion mill in
Englewood, NJ was killing over 10,000 babies every
year, up to the 24th week of pregnancy. The shutdown
order cited problems "including but not limited to
infection control, instruments, equipment used for
sterilization of patient care use items and the
processing of equipment."
The state's two-day investigation was spurred by a
complaint filed last week by Newark Beth Israel
Medical Center after its emergency room treated a
woman for complications following a botched abortion.

Millie was treated in the intensive care unit of St.

"The fact that there's been a lot of hyping going on
and that embryonic stem cells probably will not prove
to be the therapeutic miracle that they have been
hyped to be isn't fundamentally the reason we should
be opposed to the use of those cells. The reason we
should be opposed is a moral reason. [Embryonic stem
cell research] involves, at least for now, the
destruction of innocent human life to obtain the
cells. . . . If we were to contemplate killing
mentally retarded infants to obtain transplantable
organs, no one would characterize the controversy that
would erupt as a debate about organ transplantation,
now would they? The dispute would be about, rather,
the ethics of killing retarded children to harvest
their vital organs. By the same token, our
contemporary debate is not about embryonic stem cell
research. No one would object to the use of embryonic
stem cells in biomedical research or elsewhere if they
could be harvested without killing or harvesting the
embryos. . . . Those who say that the defense of the
embryo as a human being constitutes the imposition of
religious teaching on other people are wildly off the
mark. It's not the Bible or religious authority or the
authority of the Christian tradition or the church
that teaches us this -- although the church, of
course, reinforces the teaching. Rather it's the
accepted, validated, certified teachings . of human
embryology and developmental biology."

Two more women have come forward and told of their

Medical Associates abortion mill in Englewood, NJ
since news broke last week of the clinic's closure in

Rasheedah Dinkins that left her comatose for four

Mozas, 36, is suing Metropolitan for an abortion she
committed in 2003. Mozas alleges that abortionist
Nicholas Kotopoulos misdiagnosed her condition of
heterotopic pregnancy, in which one baby had implanted
in the uterus and another in the fallopian tube, a
life-threatening condition. Kotopoulos told her she
was not pregnant, then killed one baby. Mozas' tubal
pregnancy later ruptured and she was transported to a
local hospital for emergency surgery. Christina
Ruvolo, 23, tearfully told a New Jersey newspaper that
she suffered an incomplete abortion at Metropolitan in
May. No one would listen to her complaints about
complications, and the abortion was later competed at
a local hospital. Now she cannot obtain her medical
records from the abortion mill.

. . . Kay Lyn Carlson, testifying in the Kansas House for HB 2292 on
regulating minor abortions
. . .
"I attempted suicide. I got strung out on heroin. I got involved working as
an escort, making porn movies in California because I didn't go home, and my
life became a nightmare."
. . . Carole LaFreniere, testifying in the Kansas House for HB 2292 on
regulating minor abortions, another victim of lax Kansas abortion laws, who
was accompanied to an abortion mill at age 15 by her 30-year-old boyfriend,
prodding her to cover his crimes
. . .
Kansas law requires minors who are seeking abortions
to be accompanied by someone 21 or older, not
necessarily a parent or guardian, but maybe a
predator. This is crazy. The parent or guardian should
be required to accompany the minor girl and present ID
in nearly every case. What if a parent or guardian
will not consent to appear and present their ID? Then
the baby does not get killed.
Most mothers who commit abortion, especially minor
girls, are trapped, pressured, or coerced, sometimes
threatened and assaulted, into a killing they do not
want to commit.

"Janice" is another abortion victim who went to
abortionist quack George Tiller in Wichita, KS for a
late-term $19,000 abortion after being told her baby
had a physical disability "incompatible with life."
Later her local doctor told her the drugs she was
given were a form of synthetic heroin that is illegal
in Canada, and could have killed her.
Tiller has sometimes acted illegally to mask the
horrible severe pain that he inflicts on his victims,
shooing the suffering mothers out the door carrying
dangerous, illegal painkillers.
George Tiller has won America's third annual
Abortionist Quack of the Year award.

One out of three women today are suffering from a past
abortion, many struggling for years with guilt, shame,
grief, depression, drug or alcohol abuse,
psychological or emotional problems, and long-lasting
physical damage like infertility, later premature
birth with its associated medical problems, breast
cancer, and other issues. Post-abortion counselor Mary
Comm advocates a greater role for churches helping in
recovery, in new book "Secret Sin: When God's People
Choose Abortion".
An important step in recovery is helping post-abortive
mothers to fully understand what it is they have done,
or been coerced or misled into doing. Let's remember
that fathers also often take part in the killings.

Jennifer Raper, 45, of Boston, MA is suing a Planned
Parenthood abortion mill and 2 quacks for a botched
abortion in April, 2004, resulting in her having to
bear the cost of rearing her daughter, born alive in
December, 2004. Mrs. Raper had intended to avoid the
cost of rearing a child through a relatively cheap
killing of her baby in the abortion mill, that could have cost her soul.

The Oklahoma House Judiciary and Public Safety
Committee approved 5 pro-life bills which would:
-restrict abortions in state medical facilities and by
state employees
-change the language of a medical emergency to prevent
abuse of state law on informed consent
-prohibit coverage for non-lifesaving abortions under
health insurance policies unless an extra premium is
paid
-change the definition of abortion to include a method
in which a drug is injected into the heart of a baby
to cause death
The bills now go to the state House floor for
consideration.

Make no mistake, "Hog Futures" Hillary planned to
enact taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand without
restriction across America. In her speeches, this
witch says that will lift up our children, but in
reality it will lift up contempt for human life.

More Devices of Death

Braun's Cranial Perforator, a.k.a. Braun's Trephine
Perforator, was used in the mid-19th century to bore a
hole in the baby's skull. Turning the crank by hand
rotated the cutting edge to slowly drill the opening,
which would then allow the baby's head to be crushed
or collapsed.
