A vicious enemy of human life, 17th KS House District
Rep. Stephanie Sharp, in an email to her constituents
of February 21, gave as her reason for voting NO on
Alexa's Law, the supposition that any woman killed by
murder, homicide, or manslaughter would have to be
autopsied to determine if she had been pregnant. Sharp
claims the abortion lobby would have allowed her to
vote YES if justice applied only to post-viable human
babies, treating the other unborn children like
worthless trash.
Uhhh, I had the impression that nearly every victim of
murder, homicide, or manslaughter would have to be
autopsied to provide evidence of the cause and time of
death, traces of the criminal's presence, etc. For
example, Christin Gilbert, 19, of Texas, the
manslaughter victim of a botched abortion in Tiller's
abortion mill that obviously and deliberately violated
several laws and regulations, was autopsied in
Wichita, KS, though she and her post-viable baby never
received justice because of one grand jury member's
vote.

Law enforcement officers can be held liable in a
lawsuit by pro-lifers who say their rights were
violated when they were detained for three hours after
driving trucks with photos of aborted babies. Members
of the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform were detained on
June 10, 2002, while traveling through Springboro, 15
miles south of Dayton, OH. The 6th U.S. Circuit Court
of Appeals on Tuesday reversed a ruling by a U.S.
District Court in Dayton and sent the case back to
continue, finding that the police were motivated to
detain the group in part because of the photographs
and concern by at least one officer that the brutal
truth about abortion shouldn't be seen by children, a
clear violation of free-speech rights.

Valentina, a 13-year-old Italian girl impregnated by a
15-year-old boy, is in the psychiatric unit of an
Italian hospital after a forced abortion. The girl
threatened suicide after her parents and an Italian
court forced her into an abortion, against her will.
Young Valentina suffered a mental breakdown after
Judge Giuseppe Cocilovo of the Court of Minors ruled
that she must undergo the procedure to kill her child.
Since the abortion, Valentina has been confined to the
psychiatric unit of Regina Margherita children's
hospital in Turin for wanting to commit suicide.
Her parents demanded that her baby die, on the grounds
that she was "ruining her life" by becoming a mother.
Valentina's mother said she did not have the money to
support the child.
Meanwhile, in the USofA, where most abortions involve
some type of coercion, Idaho state Rep. Bob Nonini,
R-Coeur d'Alene, introduced a new version of his
forced abortion bill this morning, banning various
violence and verbal threats that coerce abortion,
after the Idaho Attorney General's office advised him
that the previous version was unconstitutional.

"In ultrasounds, a baby at eight weeks will jump on the screen and suck

The botched-abortion deaths of 12 women at a chain of abortion mills owned
by Edward Allred, of Californicatia, raise questions about the so-called
"standards" of clinics affiliated with the National Abortion Federation
(NAF).

Deanna Bell, 13, 21 weeks pregnant, died in Allred's Chicago abortion mill
in September, 1992, from misuse of medications, ruptured membranes, failure
to monitor, lack of adequate resuscitation equipment, failure to properly
resuscitate or transfer to hospital, lack of informed consent, and hiring
unqualified staff.

Chanelle Bryant, 22, 9 weeks pregnant, died from an off-label use of RU-486
in a Glendale, CA abortion mill in January, 2004.

Patricia Chacon, 16, died from a second-trimester abortion at a Los Angeles
abortion mill in March, 1984, bleeding to death from a botched second
abortion intended to correct a botched incomplete abortion.

Laniece Dorsey, 17, died in a coma from a botched abortion in Orange County,
CA in February, 1986.

Josefina Garcia, 37, mother of 2, died from a botched abortion and ectopic
pregnancy, bleeding to death unattended in a California abortion mill
recovery room in May, 1985.

Denise Holmes, 24, died in a Los Angeles abortion mill in December, 1970,
when an amniotic fluid embolism carried pieces of fetal bone marrow into her
lungs.

Susan Levy, 30 and homeless, was found dead in the car in which she lived,
after a botched incomplete abortion in Mission Hills, CA in May, 1992.

Christine Mora, 18, 17 weeks pregnant and the mother of an 18-month-old
child, died from a botched abortion in Cypress, CA in November, 1994. The
hasty 3-minute abortion allowed amniotic fluid into the bloodstream through
cervical lacerations, and abortionist quack Thomas Grubbs was ignorant of
Christine's heart defect, failing to examine her or take a history from her
prior to the abortion.

Kimberly Neil died in May, 2000 when she stopped breathing in an Orange
County, CA abortion mill.

Joyce Ortenzio, 32, a mother of 3, was found dead in her home in June, 1988,
after a botched incomplete abortion and overdose of medication in a Los
Angeles abortion mill.

Mary Pena, 43, a mother of 5 and 22 weeks pregnant, died in Los Angeles in
December, 1984, during an emergency hysterectomy necessitated by a botched
abortion that lacerated her uterus.

Tami Suematsu, 19, died in August, 1988 from a botched abortion by Vern
Wagner at a Riverside, CA abortion mill, which caused respiratory failure
leading to cardiac arrest.

At Monday night's roast of Senator Kay O'Connor in Kansas City, MO, a high
point was the acknowledgement that Senator O'Connor and Representative Mary
Pilcher-Cook were jointly responsible for the floor amendment that enacted
the recent Kansas law requiring fetal tissue samples submitted as evidence
from minor girls who commit abortions. According to Johnson County DA Phill
Kline, this law recently directly resulted in the prosecutions of at least
21 predators who impregnated minor girls.

But there is more tragedy to these crimes.

 - Teenagers are 6 times more likely to attempt suicide in the 6 months
after committing abortion.

 - Teenagers who commit abortion are 4 times more likely to commit suicide
than adults who commit abortion.

 - Teenagers who commit abortion are 3 times more likely to be admitted to a
mental hospital than other teenagers.

 - 40% of teenagers who commit abortions do so with no parental involvement,
leaving parents in the dark as to dealing with the subsequent physical,
emotional, and mental traumas, which could include, in the very short term,
blood loss, blood clots, severe infection, and death.

 - Teenagers who commit abortions are 3 times more likely to suffer sleep
loss, and 9 times more likely to abuse marijuana.

 - Teenagers are twice as likely as adults to commit risky second and third
trimester abortions.

 - Teenagers are twice as likely as adults to suffer dangerous cervical
lacerations while committing abortions, and they are more likely to suffer
infections and inflammatory diseases.

 - Teenagers scarred by the brutal abortionist's knife have many more
child-bearing years ahead of them, and are at significant risk of
infertility, miscarriage, premature birth, infant mortality, and cerebral
palsy in the infant in later pregnancies.

So think again about how abortion restrictions are not applied to rape
victims, especially teenagers - and sometimes pre-teens.

Orlando police refused to investigate the probable violations of three
abortion laws, as a man brought his dead aborted baby into James Pendergraft
's notorious Women's Center abortion mill on February 9. Florida law
prohibits third-trimester abortions outside of hospitals attended by
licensed physicians, and the federal Born Alive Infants Protection Act
requires medical treatment for children born alive during abortions.
Abortionist quack Pendergraft has no hospital privileges, and is already
under investigation at this point for performing late-term abortions at a
clinic and without a physician's attendance. Pendergraft does not have the
required permission to prescribe controlled substances such as Cytotec to
induce labor, and is under investigation on allegations he's done that, too.
Cytotec is a dangerous drug that has caused the deaths of young mothers in
botched late-term abortions. Pendergraft spent several months in prison for
extortion before his conviction was overturned by a corrupt criminal justice
system.

This abortion mill is known to have advertised and used the
digoxin/induction abortion method, a favorite of notorious quack George
Tiller of Wichita, which can sometimes result in the unexpected birth of a
live baby, as in the case of Sarah Brown, who lived 5 years before Tiller's
botched abortion finally killed her.

Orlando Police Department's Lt. Laura Houston said that the police simply
don't get involved in the abortion industry, so the abortion mill would have
immediately destroyed the evidence, by incinerating the baby. Destroying
evidence is another crime. Who is supposed to enforce abortion laws, then?
If Florida is like Kansas, there are never any inspections of abortion mills
by medical boards, fire departments, or anyone else.

We may suppose that Orlando police and Florida criminal justice system are
as corrupt as the Kansas criminal justice system, bought off by
blood-stained abortion mill money.

Today, about 50,000 cord blood donations are stored in more than 20 public
banks around the country. The new National Cord Blood Inventory aims to
triple that number, enough that virtually anyone who needs stem cell
treatment could find a match - especially minority patients who today seldom
can, as most bone marrow donors are white.

Last month Illinois doctors reported the first apparent success in treating
a child's leukemia with her own cord blood - something usually impossible
because that blood so often carries the cancer-triggering genetic defect.

The best place for the next public umbilical cord blood bank would be -
Kansas!

A survey of 1,000 men sitting in the waiting rooms of abortion mills across
the USofA found that 80% indicated that that had been the longest and
darkest day of their life, and their feelings worsened in the ensuing years,
as their invisible scarring, inflicted by the brutal abortion industry,
deepened.

Abortion has never been just between a mother and her quack.

A Miami, FL utility worker, Eliezer Fabian, sent Friday morning to turn off
water at a house instead found a newborn baby boy abandoned under some
bushes in the backyard. Mr. Fabian called for emergency medical help to take
the screaming baby to a hospital. Nearby, police discovered a 16-year-old
girl who had just given birth to the infant and had placed the baby boy
under the bush to hide it while she tried to clean both the home and to
conceal the birth from her family. Jackson Memorial Hospital reports that
the girl and the infant appear to be in good health.

Violent abortionist quack LeRoy Carhart was caught on
video on Sunday, February 11, 2007, after he drove his
car over a curb to attack sidewalk counselor Joe
McDaniel, who was peacefully and legally standing on
the public sidewalk outside his Bellevue, NE abortion
mill. Arriving 10 minutes or so after McDaniel was
struck, Bellevue Police Officer Jarvis (Sgt. Matt
Jarvis, phone 402-293-3084, email mjarvis@bellevue.net
, under John W. Stacey, Chief of Police, phone
402-293-3048, email jstacey@bellevue.net ) advised
McDaniel to move, and said Carhart could drive in to
his property any way he chose and that McDaniel should
stay out of his way (or wear treadmarks?).
Video by pro-lifers proves that quack Carhart drove
his vehicle onto a public sidewalk, a moving
violation, even without hitting pedestrians. Also, a
violent assault at an abortion mill entrance is a
violation of the FACE act, and the assault on freedom
of speech is a federal civil rights violation against
all of us pro-lifers.

A growing number of states are paying pro-lifers to
counsel women with unplanned pregnancies. At least
eight states - including Florida, Missouri and
Pennsylvania - use public funds to subsidize crisis
pregnancy centers, Christian homes for unwed mothers
and other programs explicitly designed to steer women
away from abortion. As a condition of the grants,
counselors often may not refer any mothers to abortion
mills.
Most states still spend far more money subsidizing
comprehensive family planning, such as by Planned
Parenthood, America's busiest abortionist, where only
1 out of 180 mothers are referred for unprofitable
adoption, the other 179 paying for a dead baby.
This year 6 more state legislatures will attempt to
cut funding to Planned Parenthood and other
abortion-affiliated agencies. Last year, Planned
Parenthood received $80 million from states, and $200
million from YOUR federal taxes.
Let's make sure that every Kansas abortion mill has a
pro-life crisis pregnancy center next door, like
Choices Medical Clinic, next door to George Tiller's
late-term Wichita abortion mill, providing mothers
with free 4D ultrasounds and pregnancy tests,
information, and various kinds of medical and
financial assistance.
And let's cut all funding to Planned Parenthood.

The University of Missouri holds a patent on a method
of cloning human cells, which is undoubtedly why
pro-lifers axed funding for the biggest new building
projects that could potentially house clone-and-kill
labs, and be forced into useless, unethical

Not sure why the pro-cloning KC Star calls this the
nuclear option, but cutting funding for university

cloning from getting a foothold in Kansas.

The way recent advances in medical technology have
been touted and broadcast at our population, it is
amazing that a few young adults, some already parents, walk
into America's abortion mills with practically no
knowledge at all about the growing human life they are
about to destroy. Not everyone has cable TV at home,
but anyone who has casually looked at videos and
programs available on National Geographic, the
Discovery channel, or the Medical channel can see high
quality 4D ultrasound displays, and even see
life-saving prenatal surgery performed on twins and triplets.
Even some popular talk shows have broadcast ultrasound
videos of unborn babies. Not everyone has Internet at
home, but public Internet, free at public libraries,
will show a big array of scientific and medical
information on pre-born human life, week by week.
We must assume, that if secondary school children are
not being introduced to scientific and medical
information on pregnancy and the earliest stages of
human development, that there is a conspiracy to
conceal such information, instead attempting to
continue the falsehood that unborn babies are inert
lumps of flesh, canceling public knowledge with propaganda.

Tennessee State Representative Stacey Campfield
introduced a bill to require a death certificate when
a baby is killed in an abortion mill. Among other
statistics, this would make the names of mothers and
fathers who contract the killing of their children in
abortion mills a part of the public record. That would
make it harder for sexual predators to hide their
crimes.
How about requiring a death warrant issued by a state or
federal judge in authorization before the baby is

emanations and penumbras in the U.S. Constitution the
freedom for babies from being deprived of life without
due process of law.

Abortionist quack Deborah Levich allowed her Alabama medical license to
lapse last week, putting her out of reach of disciplinary action in the
State of Alabama.

While no formal charges were ever filed against Levich, she was the
abortionist at Birmingham's Summit Medical Center when it was permanently
closed by the state last June after it was discovered that abortions were
taking place without a doctor present, and other "egregious lapses in care."
Her license had been temporarily suspended amid allegations that she aborted
late-term babies without checking for viability in violation of Alabama law,
and falsifying medical records.

This quack has since been killing babies two days per month at the Summit
abortion mill in Atlanta, GA, putting more mothers at risk since having
been, essentially, run out of her Alabama abortion mill.

This week, for the first time in humans, a heart
failure patient received adult stem cells - taken from
his own adipose (fat) tissue - which were processed
and injected directly into the heart muscle with a
special catheter. Francisco Fernandez-Avilés, M.D.
performed the procedure in Madrid, Spain. The Texas
Heart Institute at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital is
leading the collaborative clinical trial which will
involve 30 patients.
The doctors expect to present the six month outcomes
of the study in 2008.
Trials treating heart patients with adult stem cells
from bone marrow are also under way.
Meanwhile, embryonic stem cell research cures nothing,
and is nowhere near any human trials, and likely will
never be safe or stable enough for human trials.

In Californicatia, Cord Blood Registry(R) (CBR) today
announced that it has completed initial validation
testing of the company's proprietary CellAdvantage(TM)
system using new automation technology for cell
processing, developed by ThermoGenesis and distributed
by GE Healthcare. The new technology, called the AXP
AutoXpress(TM) Platform (AXP(TM)), is the industry's
first functionally-closed, automated cord blood stem
cell processing technology.
The FDA-required validation testing demonstrated that
CBR's CellAdvantage system can meet or exceed the
company's current mononucleated cell (MNC) -- or stem
cell -- recovery rate of 98 percent, which is the
highest published cell recovery rate in the industry.
CBR will present data results at an upcoming medical
meeting.
Cord Blood Registry is the first and only family cord
blood bank to adopt this cutting-edge technology and
offer it to consumers who wish to cryopreserve their
own genetically-related stem cells for future
therapeutic use. The world's largest public donation
bank, The New York Blood Center, has also adopted AXP
processing.
People will want this for their children, when they
find out there are no cures ever coming out of
useless, unethical embryonic stem cell research. The

An Illinois law requiring girls under 18 who want to
contract the killing of their children in abortion
mills to notify their parents first will remain on
hold, after a federal judge refused Tuesday to allow
immediate enforcement of the law, which has been tied
up in courts for over a decade. Last September, the
Illinois Supreme Court finally issued rules for
handling appeals, which the federal court required for
enforcement. Instead of dropping the order barring
enforcement of parental notification, U.S. District
Judge David H. Coar kept the order in place, saying
the state is not ready to enforce the law because
rules and procedures have not been put into effect in
all 102 counties.
The ACLU was thrilled by the action of this, their
puppet judge, to allow more continued high abortion
mill profits.
Meanwhile, State Rep. John Fritchey (D-Chicago) has
introduced a bill that would broaden the list of
adults a pregnant teen could have notified, to include
any apostate, pro-abortion clergy member.
A ten-year delay to begin enforcing a new pro-life law
is too long, too much stalling, too many puppets,
defeating the intent of voters who elected pro-life
state legislators to restrict abortions.

A reform plan that could drastically change the way
some judges are elected in Illinois is expected to be
introduced in the state Senate today. The measure
would create a public financing system with political
donation limits, potentially staving off races like
the recent brutal judicial elections in downstate
Illinois.
The new bill, sponsored by state Sens. Kirk Dillard,
R-Westmont, and Kwame Raoul, D-Chicago, would use
court fees and voluntary donations from taxpayers to
fund candidates for the state Supreme and appellate
courts. Coupled with such a system would be
federal-style campaign contribution limits in those
races; donations would be limited to $2,000 from
corporation, labor organization and political
committees or individuals per candidate during an
election cycle. The proposal would not affect local
circuit court races.
In Kansas, the place to look at campaign reform in the
election of district judges is Sedgwick County, where
the pro-abortion DA buys a district judge with
"contributions" in order to have him block the
prosecution of illegal post-viable abortions.
There are lots of pockets waiting to get some of
George Tiller's blood-stained money, folks, and even

An 18-year-old student has identified herself as the

door of a house in Saskatoon, Canada in subzero

In Toronto, three babies have been abandoned in the

of newborn Baby Mira -- short for Miracle -- left in
blustery sub-zero temperatures in an outside stairwell
of city hall by a mentally ill, 41-year-old homeless
woman, then rescued and adopted.

Tony Lee Reynolds, 25, of Riverside County, IL pleaded
guilty last month to killing and sexually assaulting
29-year-old Estela Perez on March 31, 2005 in her
home, after his prison release 19 days earlier. Mr.
Reynolds raped the 5-months pregnant woman with a
large object, strangled her, cut her throat, and
stabbed her more than 30 times. Two of the stab wounds
killed her unborn daughter, Michelle.
The defense shyster will offer an insanity defense, to
avoid an obvious death sentence to protect our society.

murderous monsters from being turned loose again in

 Infanticide statistics:
 - Asphyxiation and strangling account for
approximately 40% of infant deaths.
 - Another 25-30% of infant deaths are from drowning.
 - Exposure to the elements accounts for approximately
another 20% of infant deaths.
 - And contrary to popular belief, over 60% of
infanticide victims are boys, while the racial mix
splits fairly evenly amongst black and white infants.
 - The risk of homicide is 10 times greater during the
first day of a newborn's post-partum life than at any other time.

The bitter fight over funding useless, unethical embryonic stem cell
research in Missouri led to six university building projects being axed
Wednesday from a higher education bill by the Senate Education Committee.
Gov. Matt Blunt had trumpeted the spending plan as a boon to the state's
biotechnology industry, before the pro-life ax fell to ensure that none of
the projects could be forced in the future into such an unethical purpose by
the notorious Amendment 2 to the Missouri Constitution.

Seems like these Missouri pro-lifers know when they are likely to be
suckered.

The way to reduce the number of abortions is not to throw money at Planned
Parenthood for contraceptives and morning-after abortifacients, as leftists
would have you believe, but by enacting parental notification and parental
consent laws, and cutting taxpayer funding for abortion, cutting the teen
abortion rate by more than half.

Teen abortions fell from 13.5 per 1000 girls in 1985 to 6.5 per 1000 girls
in 1999, as parental involvement laws went from being enacted in 20 states
in 1992 to 32 states in 2000. Restrictions on the use of state taxpayer
funds through Medicaid also reduced the minor abortion rate. A 16% decline
in teen abortions attributed to parental involvement laws, combined with a
23% decline attributed to Medicaid funding restrictions, have been the major
factors in reducing abortions.

Of course, it would help lower abortions further if medical insurance
companies would stop paying off the abortionist quacks, especially for the
illegal post-viable abortions, like the ones bringing abortionist quack
George Tiller such huge profits.

Isn't it illegal for insurance companies to pay off on illegal abortions?
Follow the money.

Here's another Big Lie published for the abortion
lobby in the KC Star about premature births. We all
know that abortion scars mothers, and causes later
risk of premature births, as proven in several
scientific studies spiked by the media in past years.
We all know that the rising number of mothers who have
fallen victim to the brutal abortionist's knife has
caused the steady rise in the number of premature
births for the past 2 decades, so that now 1 out of 8
babies is premature. We all know that the abortion
rate is 3 times higher among black Americans, targeted
by Planned Parenthood for population reduction, and so
the premature birth rate is 3 times higher among black
Americans. But for some reason, medical researchers
continue to say that the cause of the increase in
premature births is a mystery.
A new study of more than 368,000 births in Missouri,
appearing in the "American Journal of Obstetrics and
Gynecology", finds that even when accounting for
differences in education, income and the mother's
health, black women are still more than twice as
likely to deliver prematurely. Completely ignoring the
obvious and proven causative risk factor of abortion,
the study falsely concludes that black Americans must
have a genetic predisposition to premature birth (they
suppose).
In St. Louis, Washington University "researcher" Louis
Muglia and his cohorts are grasping at straws in order
to pay off the abortion lobby, while the after-effects
of America's abortion scandal continue to cause more
infant mortalities, cerebral palsy, and other
tragedies through premature births. This is racially
biased fraud, and babies, black babies particularly,
and their parents will pay the price for 20 years to
come.

"I will not sit here and lend my vote to a piece of
policy that elevates chickens above the lives of
humanity."
 . . . U.S. Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), House Judiciary
Committee member, speaking in favor of adding the
Child Interstate Abortion Notification Act, preventing
minors from being forced across state lines for
abortions, to a bill preventing the transport of
animals across state lines for animal fighting
[The baby-hating Democrats eventually did kill the
pro-life addition to the bill, elevating chickens
above human children, and sending the pro-chicken bill
for a House vote. This federal government idiocy is
brought to you courtesy of the gullible voters who
elected baby-hating Democrats to the U.S. House in
November, 2006.]
Tell your congressmen to kill the pro-chicken bill.
Then tell them to start revoking endangered species
laws. If they go extinct, they can just evolve again.
Survival of the fittest.
We cannot have animals, livestock, pets, and spotted
owls better protected than human babies and underage
mothers.

out-of-state women and girls from coming into Kansas

George Tiller commits in Wichita.

Idaho state Rep. Bob Nonini (R-Coeur d'Alene) introduced
legislation Thursday to outlaw the use of threats or
physical force to dissuade a pregnant woman from
giving birth. The bill also prohibits threatening to
do "anything that the person does not have the legal
right to do against the pregnant woman." That could
include employers threatening to withhold a job or
promotion or "a school counselor maybe describing to a
young person that by having this baby you have no
future, those kinds of acts," Nonini said. Violators
could be prosecuted, whether or not the baby is killed
in an abortion mill.
Kansas needs a bill banning coerced abortions, like
the ones in Tiller's late-term Wichita abortion mill,
as Mark Gietzen of KCFL will affirm. Most abortions
involve some type of coercion.

Get your church registered for Amazing Grace Sunday on

see the movie premier of "Amazing Grace" on February
23 in Kansas City, MO.
The Church now faces a doubly daunting task - the
abolition of the remaining slave industry, abusing 27
million men, women, and children around the world, and
the abolition of the worldwide abortion industry,
killing millions of babies every year. (If unborn
babies are human but can be brutally killed for profit
and convenience, then they are slaves.)
Will you sit back in your church every Sunday and be fed,
or will you "boldly assert the cause of Christ in an
age when so many who bear the name of Christian are
ashamed of Him", as William Wilberforce put it?

The U.S. Department of Justice estimates that between
100,000 and 3 million American kids under age 18 are
involved in prostitution and they're often targeted by
sexual predators. These children are rented and sold
on our city streets daily in a sex slavery industry that
generates huge profits. The cities with the highest
incidence of child sexual exploitation, according to
the FBI, are Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Las
Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, San
Diego, San Francisco, St. Louis, Tampa, and
Washington, DC.
Meanwhile, the music industry glamorizes the pimps
that are today's slavemasters, who lure, trap, and
kidnap children into brutal exploitation.

A Utah state House committee approved an abolition
bill that would attempt to ban virtually all
abortions. The bill prohibits abortions except to save
the mother's life, in cases of rape or incest or
''substantial and irreversible impairment of a major
bodily function.''
We have seen how Tiller, Carhart, and Neuhaus, the
Kansas Axis of Evil, interprets ''substantial and
irreversible impairment of a major bodily function''
as a single episode of depression in a pregnant
mother, in order to justify post-viable abortions,
their big-money killings. Careful of those loopholes,
Utah legislators.
There were 3,665 abortions in Utah in the most recent
year reported.

will have a better quality of life and less chest
pain. The results could benefit hundreds of thousands
affected by the condition each year. There are 15 to

The Wyoming state House narrowly defeated a bill that
would have provided women considering an abortion with
information about its risks and alternatives. The bill
failed to pass on its first vote in the chamber after
pro-abortion groups and the state medical society
claimed that informed consent would interfere with the
relationship between the greedy, ruthless quack and the
victim (often amounting to only a gruff "Hold
still!" the first and last time the abortionist appears).
Waiting 6 years for a full vote in the House, the bill
was defeated 32-28 by all the baby-hating Democrats
and a number of baby-hating RINOs, shamelessly lobbied
by the baby-hating Wyoming Medical Society as well as
the abortion industry, calling requiring minimum
standards for informed consent "meddling".
We know that mothers contracting the killing of their
children across America, and especially in Kansas, are
routinely coerced and denied informed consent, in
violation of all kinds of medical ethics, rules, and
tradition, and are furthermore often forced to sign a
contract stipulating that they may not seek hospital
treatment for complications that often afflict them.
This situation is not tolerable, folks. The medical
profession is not policing its unethical abortionist
quacks, nor are state legislatures. These mothers need
federal intervention and protection, Senator
Brownback.

Operation Rescue gutted out the former Central Women's Services abortion
mill in Wichita, KS before conducting the rededication on January 21 of the
building to be renovated as their new headquarters, during the Cry for
Justice event. I took a picture of the heavy duty industrial garbage
disposal which they had removed and set aside. The abortion mill had put
dead babies down the disposal, probably for many years. The remains removed
from the drain pipe that had been attached to the disposal are buried in the
new prayer garden behind the building.

In a Californicatia court Friday, defense shyster Mark Geragos asked Judge
David Wesley to dismiss the murder charge against former USC architecture
student Holly Ashcraft, 22, of Billings, Montana, whose newborn son was
found dead in a cardboard box next to a Los Angeles garbage bin in October,
2005, claiming no proof the baby had been born alive. However, the medical
examiner who performed the autopsy determined the death was a homicide,
caused by prematurity and other, unspecified factors. The coroner concluded
the boy was born alive at about 32 weeks gestation.

A fire station, where emergency medical help and safe infant surrender
without legal penalty were available, was a 42-second drive from the garbage
bin near Ashcraft's apartment. Paramedics could have responded to a 911 call
and arrived within a couple of minutes or so.

Ashcraft also claimed to have birthed a stillborn baby in April, 2004, but
was not charged in that case because the body was never found.
